So, how do you maintain an upbeat energy? Here's 5 simple shifts to keep you on the positive path this year!
- Done deal living - Know what it is that you (really) want and show up like you have it. Yes this takes practice. Day 1 feels easy, you're excited but as things unfold, challenges pop-up, you'll need the right tools and support to keep you in right vibration.
- Get your mind + body in shape. Have your mental + physical fitness plan in place. Create your own narrative and ignore the rest. Redefine why what’s showing up is showing up. Own it like you chose it! Keeping your mind + body fit will help you process and filter the fast-moving energy and stay in flow.
- Be accountable + honest with yourself about what is working and what is not. What are you repeating – that is not working? What or who are you blaming? What or who is taking priority where you should be? Take a moment to assess and implement the needed changes to eliminate resistance.
- Focus on what feels good - and stop talking about, thinking about, complaining about what is negative! (seems too obvious but worth mentioning!)
